Maya Ungar is an American youth activist passionate about the intersection of youth, gender, and peace. She holds a Bachelor degree in International Studies, Political Science, and French from the University of Arkansas, and will be getting her Masters in Global Governance and Diplomacy at Oxford University in the fall. She has experience interning at the U.S. Department of State, Peace Corps, the Alliance for Peacebuilding and Search for Common Ground, and is an active member of OGIP's Advocates Network.
