Coinciding with Women’s History Month, Her Story is My Story is a global campaign to celebrate the common resilience and achievements of women peacebuilders across ages, cultures, and nationalities.
Their successes and sacrifices are linked in a powerful web, invisible but profound. This is why we say: “Their story is our story; her story is my story.”
We are building an interactive map of women, nominated by each other and linked by friendship, who are making the world a better place. Below, you can explore the stories of inspiration—and add your own. As women, all of us have at least one woman who pushed us to be greater, gave us unforgettable advice, or made us feel heard and seen. Who is it that comes to mind for you?
